2. The petitioner apprehends his arrest for the offences alleged under Sections 323 and 341 of the Indian Penal Code and Section 4 of the Dowry Prohibition Act registered in connection with Complaint Case No. 890(C) of 2016.

3. At the very outset, this Court takes note that the offence alleged under Sections 323 and 341 of the Indian Penal Code is bailable in nature and hence, the anticipatory bail petition is not maintainable.
