2. The present writ petition has been been preferred for the grant of following reliefs:- That this is an application for issuance of writ in the nature of certiorari for quashing the memo no. 492 dated 15.06.2024 issued under signature

Patna High Court CWJC No.10319 of 2024(3) dt.10-09-2024 2/3 of District Cooperative Officer, Gaya whereby and whereunder the Managing Committee of the Imamganj VYAPAR MANDAL COOPERATIVE SOCIETY Ltd. (hereinafter referred to as "VYAPAR MANDAL") has been dissolved and further the Block Cooperative Extension officer, has been appointed as Administrator and further the petitioner prays for issuance of writ in the nature of mandamus for commanding and directing the respondent authorities not to give effect of the aforesaid order and allow the petitioner to work as chairman of the Imamganj VYAPAR MANDAL COOPERATIVE SOCIETY Ltd. for remaining period/tern and/or for issuance of such other order or direction for which the petitioner may be found legally entitled to in the facts and circumstances hereinafter.

3. It has been informed by Mr. Sanjay Kumar, learned counsel for the petitioner that during the pendency of the writ petition, Annexure P/2 issued by the District Cooperative Officer, Gaya vide memo no.492 dated 15.06.2024 has been

4. As such the writ petition has become infructuous and in that background, he prays for withdrawl of the present writ petition.

5. Granting such liberty, the writ petition stands disposed of.
