Learned counsel for the State submits on the basis of the show cause filed on behalf of opposite party No.3 that the order under contempt has been complied with by making payment of entire GPF amount of Rs.3,12,442/- under authority by Memo dated 10.7.2013 giving up-to-date statutory interest up to June, 2013.

In the above circumstances, the order under contempt having been complied with, the contempt application is, accordingly, dismissed.
