The petitioners seek pre-arrest bail in connection with Hajipur Town P.S. Case No. 264 of 2017 registered under Section 364A read with Section 34 of the Indian Penal Code. Regard being had to the statement of the victim recorded under Section 164 of the Code of Criminal Procedure, which is at page 16 of the present application, the petitioners named above are directed to be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.10,000/- (ten thousand) each with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned Chief Judicial Magistrate, Vaishali at Hajipur in connection with Hajipur Town

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.41720 of 2017 (2) dt.20-09-2017 2/2 P.S. Case No.264 of 2017, subject to the conditions as laid down under Section 438(2) of the Code of Criminal Procedure, in the event of arrest or surrender before the court below within six weeks.
