2. Issue notice to respondent no.7 by ordinary as well as registered post with A/D for which requisites etc. must be filed within one week, failing which this writ application shall stand rejected against respondent no.7 without further reference to a Bench.

3. Respondents are directed to file their respective counter affidavits within two weeks positively and serve advance copy of the same upon learned counsel for the petitioner so that he may may file a rejoinder thereto, if so advised.

4. Till further orders of this Court, Memo No.B/1620 dated 20.06.2024 (Annexure-3) issued under the signature of the

Patna High Court CWJC No.10496 of 2024(2) dt.15-07-2024 2/2 Registrar of B.R.A. Bihar University, Muzaffarpur shall remain stayed and the appointment of respondent no.7 will depend upon the final outcome of the present writ application.
