In view of the statement made in the affidavit filed today
Patna High Court MJC No.3458 of 2013 (20) dt.17-08-2016 on behalf of the opposite party nos. 3 to 5 stating categorically that the opposite party nos. 6 to 10 have not encroached the land. In my view, this proceeding cannot proceed further. Accordingly, this contempt proceeding is dropped. The personal appearance of the Circle Officer, Dumra, Sitamarhi, is dispensed with.
