This application for anticipatory bail arises out of Pauthu P.S. Case No. 34 of 2020 for the offence punishable under Sections 147, 148, 149, 341, 323, 307, 337, 379 and 504 of the Indian Penal Code and under Section 27 of the Arms Act. Considering the facts that there is case and counter
