1. Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and the learned A.P.P. for the State.

2. The petitioner apprehends his arrest in connection with Sadar P.S. Case No. 684 of 2022 registered under Section 302, 307 and other allied sections of the Indian Penal Code.

3. Learned counsel appearing on behalf of the petitioner submits that petitioner is innocent and has falsely been implicated in the present case due to previous enmity. There is specific allegation of assault by means of knife against co-accused Mani Singh on the chest of the informant's son. Further he submits that petitioner has no criminal antecedent.

4. Having considered the facts and circumstances

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.48952 of 2023(2) dt.23-08-2023 2/2 of the case, let the above named petitioner be released on bail, in the event of arrest or surrender before the learned Court below within a period of four weeks from today, on furnishing personal bond to the satisfaction of C.J.M., Vaishali at Hajipur in connection with Sadar P.S.
