This is a petition for grant of regular bail for offence under Sections 323 and 498A/34 of the Penal Code. The learned counsel for the petitioner submits that earlier the petitioner is paying maintenance worth Rs.5000/- per month in pursuance of the High Court's order, dated 07.07.2014, passed in Cr. Misc. No. 25189 of 2014 (Annexure 3) and shall go on paying the maintenance.
Hence, having regard to the facts and circumstances of the case, the petitioner, above named, is directed to be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.10,000/- (rupees ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each in connection with Chakmeshi P.S. Case No. 23 of 2014 to the satisfaction of the Chief Judicial Magistrate, Samastipur, subject to the condition that the petitioner shall go on paying the said amount. (Gopal Prasad, J) SA/- U U T T
