JUSTICE VIKASH JAIN ORAL JUDGMENT Date : 13-12-2018 The present writ petition has been filed for the following reliefs - "(A) A writ in the nature of certiorari for quashing the whole tender process issued by the Superintendent Mandal kara Bhabhua in daily Hindi Newspaper "HINDUSTAN" dated 31.01.2015 by inviting tenders for supply of food items and miscellaneous things in Mandal Kara, Bhabhua for the period 01.04.2015 to 31.03.2016.
(B) A writ in the nature of mandamus commanding the respondents to cancel the tender which was opened on 31.03.2015 by the respondent authorities.
(C ) A writ in the nature of mandamus commanding the respondents to allow the petitioner for participating in tender process after the cancellation of the said tender for the period 01.04.2015 to 31.03.2016.

2. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the writ petition has become infructuous by efflux of time as the period of tender was for one year which has since been elapsed and the writ petition need not be pressed.
