The petitioner seeks pre-arrest bail in connection with Lakhisarai (Ramgarh Chowk) P. S. Case No. 244 of 2018 registered under Sections 366A and 120B of the Indian Penal Code and Sections 4 and 6 of the Protection of Children from Sexual Offences Act.

Regard being had to the statement of the victim recorded under Section 164 of the Code of Criminal Procedure wherein she has not uttered a single word against the petitioner, in the event of arrest or surrender before the court below within six weeks from today, he is directed to be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.10,000/- (Rupees ten thousand) with
