This application for grant of regular bail arises out of Mahila P.S. Case No.92 of 2019 (G.R. No.3811 of 2019) registered for the offence punishable under Sections 498-A, 323, 504, 506 & 494 of the Indian Penal Code.

Allegation against the petitioner is that he has tortured his wife and has remarried.

The petitioner is in custody since 10.03.2023 and he has clean antecedent.

Considering the aforesaid facts, this application is allowed.

Let the petitioner, above named, be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (Ten Thousand) with
