The petitioner seeks bail in a case registered under section 307 and other allied sections of the Indian Penal Code.

Some body was playing card on the door of Nagendra Ram. Shankar Paswan came there having knife in his hand and assaulted the informant in the left side of his abdomen. The learned counsel for the petitioner submits that there is no motive of occurrence. The informant was treated in a private hospital and injury is found to be grievous in nature. Petitioner is in jail since 26.07.2014. There is no repetition of blow.

Considering the fact that there is no repetition of

No.45097 of 2014 (2) dt.19-02-2015 2/2 blow and the petitioner has remained in jail for six months, the above named petitioner is directed to be enlarged on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (ten thousand) with two sureties of like amount each to the satisfaction of Shri Santosh Kumar, J.M. Ist Class, Muzaffarpur in Baruraj P.S. Case no. 116 of 2014.
