2. The petitioner is in custody since 27.05.2014 in connection with Kotwali P.S. Case No. 62 of 2013 for the alleged offences under Sections 25(1B) AA, 26(II) and 27(II) of the Arms Act.
3. It is submitted that the petitioner has been falsely implicated and no arms have been recovered from his conscious possession.
4. Considering the nature of specific accusation that the petitioner along with his associates demanded rangdari and made 2-3 rounds of firing and after which the
Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.46114 of 2014 (3) dt.04-02-2015 police recovered empty cartridges, this Court is not inclined to enlarge the petitioner on bail and his bail application accordingly stands dismissed.
