By order dated 05.04.2021 an explanation was called for from the trial Judge as to under what circumstances bail was granted to the rapist only on the basis of compromise. The explanation dated 09.04.2021 would reveal that after examination of the prosecution witnesses the trial has already resulted into acquittal of the petitioner. Considering the facts aforesaid, let this application be disposed of as infructuous.
