2. The petitioner seeks bail in a case, registered for the offence punishable under Sections 341, 323, 342, 325, 364A, 386, 504, 506/34 of the Indian Penal Code.

3. As per the FIR, four named persons including this petitioner and unknown persons kidnapped son of the informant for ransom and assaulted him severely. However, the victim managed to escape from the clutches of the accused persons.

4. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that petitioner has been falsely implicated in this case at the instance of informant. He further submits that during pendency of the aforesaid case, co-accused Nishant Kumar @ Surya Pratap Singh and Vikky @ Jishan were acquitted by the trial Court vide Annexures-2 and 3. Charge has already been framed. Petitioner

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.43905 of 2025(4) dt.25-11-2025 2/2 is in custody since 29.03.2025.

5. Learned APP however, vehemently opposes the prayer for bail of the petitioner.

6. Considering the aforesaid facts, let the petitioner above-named, be enlarged on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (Rupees Ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned Additional Chief Judicial Magistrate IV, Khagaria in connection with Maheshkhunt P.S. Case No. 264 of 2023.
