2. Let the defect(s), if any, be removed within a period of four weeks from today.

3. This application is filed for grant of regular bail in connection with Muffasil P.S. Case No. 198 of 2023 registered under section 394, 397 and 411 of the Indian Penal Code.

4. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that petitioner is said to have been involved in loot. The looted gold locket has been recovered from the pocket of the petitioner. Petitioner is in custody since 06.04.2023.

5. Learned A.P.P. has vehemently opposed the prayer for bail.

6. Considering the submission made by learned counsel for the petitioner, I am not inclined to grant bail to the petitioner.

7. Accordingly, the application for regular bail is dismissed for the present.
