2. Learned counsel appearing on behalf of the petitioner submitted that petitioner has been paid retiral benefits on different heads, however, the petitioner is also entitled for

Patna High Court CWJC No.13580 of 2019 dt.28-08-2023 2/2 pension. He further submitted that he has already represented before the Municipal Commissioner, Munger on 03.08.2018.

3. Considering the specific submission made on behalf of the petitioner, the Municipal Commissioner, Munger, is directed to take appropriate steps for calling for the service records relating to the petitioner as well as the circular applicable with respect to the entitlement of the petitioner for grant of pension. In case, petitioner is entitled for pension, the same be granted to the petitioner within a period of six weeks from the date of filing of the fresh representation in accordance with law.

4. Accordingly, the present writ petition stands disposed of.
