This application has been filed on behalf of the petitioners for quashing the order dated 06.02.2019 passed by the learned Chief Judicial Magistrate, Begusarai in Barauni (Garhara) P.S. Case No. 38 of 2018.
Learned counsel for the petitioners Shri N.K. Agarwal and learned counsel for the Opposite Party No. 02 Shri Subesh Pandey jointly submits that the cases filed between the parties may be quashed so that peace can prevail between the parties.
