In the second supplementary show cause filed on behalf of the Opposite Party No. 4, it is stated that two MACPs have already been granted to the petitioner. So far as the third MACP is concerned, it was found that the petitioner did not fulfill the requirements as per the 3rd Modified Assured Career Progression Scheme and thus, his case was not approved by the Screening Committee of MACP.

In the aforesaid view of the matter, it is admitted by learned counsel for the petitioner that the order under

Patna High Court MJC No.638 of 2013 (4) dt.05-05-2016 2/2 contempt has been complied with in its terms. The contempt application is, accordingly, dismissed.

Needless to say that the petitioner shall have liberty to challenge any adverse order in appropriate proceedings. (Ramesh Kumar Datta, J) S.Pandey/- U
