RE:-M.A. No. 1347 of 2016 The present Miscellaneous Appeal has been preferred against the order dated 30.07.2016, passed in Matrimonial (Divorce) Case No. 61 of 2004/43(A) of 2006, by learned Principal Judge, Family Court, Bhojpur, Ara, whereby the matrimonial suit seeking decree of divorce has been dismissed. RE:-I.A. No. 1239 of 2018/1 of 2018 The above mentioned Interlocutory Application has been filed with a prayer for condonation of delay of 44 days in filing the present appeal.
