JUSTICE MOHIT KUMAR SHAH ORAL ORDER 01-08-2024 The present writ petition has been filed seeking the following reliefs:- "1(i). For a direction to the Respondent No. 5 to stop the encroachment proceeding, initiated vide Encroachment case no. 1/24-25 and re-measure the land of the petitioner situated at Khata No. 507, 107 Plot No. 395, 396 and Khata No. 504 Plot no. 403.

(ii). For a further direction to the Respondent No. 5 to re-measure the land of the petitioner, which is a raiyat land of the petitioner."

After some arguments, the learned counsel for the petitioner seeks not to press the present writ petition, however,

Patna High Court CWJC No.10716 of 2024(2) dt.01-08-2024 2/2 seeks liberty on behalf of the petitioner to approach the Respondent No. 5, i.e. the Circle Officer, Tarari, DistrictBhojpur, for redressal of his aforesaid grievances. Liberty, so sought, is granted.
