The petitioner seeks bail in Sirdalla P.S. Case No. 115 of 2021, registered for the offence punishable punishable under Section 30(a), 37(c) of the Bihar Prohibition and Excise Act, 2016.

Five litres of illicit liquor has been recovered from house of this petitioner.

It is submitted that no recovery has been made from conscious possession of this petitioner. Recovery has been made from the house which is in joint possession of family. Petitioner is in custody since 09.08.2021. Investigation is complete. Considering the period of custody, the petitioner above-named, is directed to be enlarged on bail on furnishing
