JUSTICE SAMARENDRA PRATAP SINGH ORAL ORDER 11-05-2016 Counsel for the petitioners and counsel for the respondents are present.

The petitioners filed C.W.J.C. No. 8326 of 2013 for payment of his remuneration for which they had already filed representation on 10.01.2013 to the District Programme Officer, Jamui.

Patna High Court MJC No.4586 of 2013 (3) dt.11-05-2016 2/2 The writ petition was disposed on 14.05.2013, with direction to the Project Programme Officer-cum-District Programme Coordinator, Jamui, to dispose of the petitioners' representation, dated 10.01.2013.

Learned counsel submits that inspite of order of this Court, the Opposite Parties have not disposed of their representation and have deliberately committed contempt of the order passed by this Court. He next submits that dues upto 2014 has not been paid till date.

Learned counsel for the Bihar Education Project submits that there is due compliance of the order, dated 14.05.2013, as direction has been issued to make payment of remuneration of the petitioner.

I find there is substantial compliance order, dated 14.05.2013 and hence, the contempt application is accordingly closed.

It will be open for the petitioner to file representation for payment of its upto date remuneration.
