JUSTICE MOHIT KUMAR SHAH ORAL ORDER 16-07-2019 After some arguments, the learned counsel for the petitioner seeks liberty to seek injunction in the pending suit bearing Suit No. 9 of 2017, pending in the court of learned Munsif, Gaya so that the building of the petitioner in question is not demolished.

Having regard to the submissions made by the learned counsel for the petitioner, the present writ petition is disposed of with liberty to the petitioner to approach the learned trial court for grant of injunction in the pending suit.
