Petitioner seeks bail in a case registered for the offences punishable under Sections 302, 120B of the Indian Penal Code and Section 27 of the Arms Act.

Petitioner is not named in the F.I.R. He is in custody since 12.01.2015.

The report of the learned trial judge would reveal that the trial is not likely to be concluded in near future. Earlier prayer for bail of the petitioner was refused on 03.02.2016, vide order at Annexure 1.

Considering the fact that there is no direction allegation against the petitioner, save and except allegation of conspiracy, let the petitioner, above named, be released on bail

No.44029 of 2019(3) dt.26-09-2019 2/2 on furnishing bail bond of Rs.20,000/- (Rupees Twenty Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned court below where the case is pending in connection with Siwan City Police Station Case No.220 of 2014, subject to condition that both the bailors shall be resident of the territorial jurisdiction of the learned court below and the petitioner shall fully co-operate with the investigation/trial of the case, failing which the court below shall be at liberty to cancel the bail bond of the petitioner.
