2. The petitioner seeks bail in connection with Punpun P.S. Case No. 345 of 2022 registered for the offence punishable under Section 379 of the Indian Penal Code.

3. As per prosecution case, the petitioner is an accused of committing theft of Bolero vehicle which has been recovered.

4. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that he has committed no offence and has been falsely implicated in this case. Learned counsel submits that he is not aware of the alleged stolen Bolero. The petitioner is in custody since 14.03.2023.

5. Learned APP appearing for the State opposes the prayer for regular bail of the petitioner.

6. Considering the aforesaid facts and circumstances

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.50669 of 2023(3) dt.11-10-2023 2/2 of the case and submissions of learned counsel for the parties, let the petitioner, above named, be released on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs. 10,000/- (ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned CJM, Masaurhi in connection with Punpun P.S. Case No. 345 of 2022.

7. The petitioner will also mark attendance in Barachati Police Station, Gaya on the first Sunday of each month.
