The counsel for the State points out that the writ application assails the order dated 19.2.2013 (Annexure-3) passed by the respondent Commissioner in Land Dispute Appeal no. 543 of 2012-13 against which an appeal or application can be filed before the land Tribunal after amendments made in the Bihar Land Tribunal Act, 2009.
