This application has been filed for quashing the order dated 19.03.2015 passed by learned Judicial Magistrate, 2nd Class, Madhepura in Complaint Case No. 1181 of 2014 by which the learned Court has taken cognizance against the petitioner under Sections 498(A), 494, 323, 504 and 506 of the IPC and the 3⁄4 of the Dowry Prohibition Act. Learned counsel for the petitioner is unable to give the status of stage of the case.

Accordingly, this application is dismissed with liberty
