JUSTICE SANJAY PRIYA ORAL ORDER 19-07-2017 This application has been filed to modify the order dated 25-052017 passed by this court in Cr. Misc. No. 23238 of 2017. It has been submitted that by the aforesaid order, the petitioner was granted anticipatory bail by this court but due to suffering from jaundice, the petitioner could not surrender in the court below within the stipulated time. In support of his contention, learned counsel for the petitioner has annexed medical certificate of the petitioner.

In view of the aforesaid submission, this modification application is allowed to the extent that the time for surrender of the petitioner in the court below is extended further by three weeks from the date of receipt of the order. In the event, the petitioner surrenders within three weeks, the court below will release him on same terms and conditions as mentioned in the order dated 2505-2017 passed by this court in Cr. Misc.
