The petitioners apprehend their arrest in connection with Aurai P.S. Case No. 96 of 2020 registered under Sections 147, 148, 341, 323, 307, 379, 504 and 506 of the Indian Penal

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.4377 of 2021(2) dt.06-12-2021 2/2 Code.

Learned counsel appearing on behalf of the petitioners submits that petitioners are innocent and have falsely been implicated in the present case. Further submission is that there is case and counter case between the parties. Petitioners have no criminal antecedent.

Having considered the facts and circumstances of the case, let the above named petitioners be released on anticipatory bail, in the event of arrest or surrender before the learned court below within a period of four weeks from today, on furnishing personal bond to the satisfaction of the Sub-Judge-XIV-cumA.C.J.M.-XIII, Muzaffarpur in connection with Aurai P.S. Case No. 96 of 2020, subject to the condition as laid down under Section 438(2) of the Cr. P.C.
