In this case, the petitioner is apprehending his arrest in connection with Morhowrah P.S. Case No. 193 of 2016 registered for offences under sections 341, 324, 323, 307, 379, 504/34 of the Indian Penal Code.
As per allegation made in the First Information Report, Manish Singh, the present petitioner, has caused injury by Dabia. Looking to the entire facts and circumstances of the case, this Court is not inclined to grant privilege of anticipatory bail to the petitioner. Accordingly, the prayer for anticipatory bail of the petitioner, namely, Manish Singh @ Manish Kumar @ Manish Kumar Singh is rejected.
Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.34034 of 2017 (2) dt.01-08-2017 If the petitioner surrenders before the court below within a period of four weeks from today and prays for bail, the court below will pass orders on the same day of appearance in accordance with law without being prejudiced by this order.
