Heard learned counsel for the parties concerned. 2.
The petitioner, being aggrieved by the order dated 14.03.2012, passed in Objection Case no. 122 of 2011, by the District Teachers Appellate Authority, directly approached this Court, without approaching the State Appellate Authority. 3.
In view of the nature of dispute, the petitioner is granted liberty to approach the State Appellate Authority, by
Patna High Court CWJC No.2408 of 2016(6) dt.22-04-2024 2/2 filing an appeal, against the order dated 14.03.2012, passed by the District Appellate Authority. If such an appeal is preferred by the petitioner along with petition for condonation of delay, the same shall be considered by the State Appellate Authority on its own merit, within a reasonable time frame, after giving an opportunity of hearing to all concerned.

With the aforesaid observations and directions, the writ application is disposed.
