Petitioner apprehends arrest in connection with Sitamarhi P.S. Case No. 211 of 2021 registered for the offence punishable under section 307 and other allied sections of the Indian Penal Code.

Learned counsel appearing for the petitioner submits that petitioner has not committed any offence as alleged in the first information report and have been falsely implicated in this case. There is case and counter case between the parties who are agnates. Both sides have sustained injuries. Petitioner has no criminal antecedent. Considering the facts and circumstances of the case
