JUSTICE RAJEEV RANJAN PRASAD ORAL ORDER 27-08-2018 While disposing of the writ application, the learned writ court passed the following order :- "In the circumstances, this writ application is disposed of with a direction t the respondent Commission to consider the said proposal of the Department for promotion of the petitioner as regular Headmaster of the School in terms of the said letter of the Government. The Commission shall call for records from any other Department or authority, if required, and take a final decision in the matter, preferably within a period of three

For convenience of the Commission petitioner may also filed a representation along with all correspondences and letters between the Department and the Vidyalaya Sewa Board or any other document which may facilitate an early decision in the case by the Commission."

It is admitted position at the bar that in terms of the order of the learned Writ Court, the Commission considered the case of the petitioner for promotion as regular Headmaster of the school and he has also been granted promotion and all the benefits attached to the same. The grievance of the petitioner is now that his pay fixation has not been correctly done. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that he will raise his grievance with respect thereto in terms of the statement made in paragraph-7 of the supplementary show cause filed on behalf of opposite party no. 1.

Learned counsel for the State is present.

This application has become infructuous. It is disposed off accordingly.
