JUSTICE MOHIT KUMAR SHAH ORAL ORDER 11-09-2018 The short grievance of the petitioner in the present case is that though the petitioner has filed a statutory complaint bearing Complaint Case No. 11 of 2016 before the respondent no.3, i.e. the District Programme Officer, Gaya, challenging the appointment of respondent no.5 on the post of Sevika/ Sahayika of Gram Panchayat Bhori-1, but the same has not been disposed of till date.
In view of the prayer made by the petitioner herein, the writ petition is disposed of with a direction to the respondent no.3 to dispose of the aforesaid complaint of the petitioner within a period of eight weeks from today, after hearing the effected parties.
