Shri Yogesh Chandra Verma, learned Senior Counsel for the petitioner refers to the order dated 22.04.2014 passed in Cr Misc No 5951 of 2014 whereby one of the named accused Arun Kumar @ Khikhar Singh has been granted bail by this Court on the ground that in course of investigation, police had doubted the very presence of the informant at the place of occurrence though subsequently police has filed chargesheet.

Be that as it may, the petitioner abovenamed shall be released on bail on his furnishing bonds of Rs 10,000/- (Rupees
