JUSTICE MOHIT KUMAR SHAH ORAL ORDER 18-09-2018 In view of the District Teachers Appellate Tribunal having been constituted in each and every district in the State of Bihar after coming into force the Bihar Panchayat Elementary Teachers (Empoyment and Service Conditions) Rules, 2008, the petitioner is required to approach the District Teachers Appellate Tribunal, Rohtas instead of approaching this Court. In view of the aforesaid position in law, the present petition is disposed of with liberty to the petitioner to approach the District Teachers Appellate Tribunal, Rohtas for redressal of her grievances.
