2. Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and the State.

3. Petitioner is accused in a case registered for the offences under Sections 366(A)/34 of the Penal Code. He is named in the First Information Report as the one who eloped with the daughter of the informant.

4. It is submitted on behalf of the petitioner that the victim girl was recovered and examined under Section 164 Cr.P.C. Her statement is contained in Annexure-5 to this petition, wherefrom it appears that she has not named the petitioner as the one who abducted her for the purpose of marriage.

5. In the circumstances, petitioner, named above, is

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.45840 of 2014 (2) dt.11-02-2015 2/2 directed to be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 5,000/-(Five Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of Sessions Judge, Saharsa, in connection with Sessions Trial No. 107/2015, arising out of Salkhua P.S. Case No. 167/14.
