2 It is agreed between the parties that claim of the petitioner in respect of benefits arising out of Assured Career Progression (for brevity, ACP) Scheme have not been dealt with in the counter affidavit earlier filed. All other benefits have been received by the petitioner.

3 From the averments made in paragraph 7 of the counter affidavit, it appears that the matter regarding grant of ACP was to be placed in the next meeting of the District Screening Committee. Counter affidavit was filed on 27.11.2015.

Patna High Court CWJC No.1583 of 2015 dt.08-01-2019 2/2 4 Considering the aforesaid circumstances, no useful purpose would be served by keeping the writ petition pending. 5 Parties are in agreement that the matter be disposed of. If the claim of the petitioner has not been considered till date, the same must be done within a period of three months from the date of receipt/production of a copy of this order. 6 The authorities would be obliged to consider the petitioner's claim for grant of ACP in accordance with law by passing a reasoned and speaking order.

7 Writ petition stands disposed of.
