2. The petitioner who was a Panchayat teacher has filed this writ petition challenging the order of termination dated 02.05.2024, issued by Mukhiya-cum-Chairman, Panchayat Employment Unit Gram Panchayat Raj, Jagdishpur Tiwari.

3. Since the petitioner was a Panchayat Teachers, in view of the Bihar State Teaching Institutions Teachers and

Patna High Court CWJC No.10534 of 2025(2) dt.03-07-2025 2/2 Employees (Dispute Redressal and Appeal) Rules, 2020 and the decision rendered by this Court in C.W.J.C. 10222 of 2022 in the case of Rani Kumari versus the State of Bihar and others along with series of connected writ petitions, this writ petition is hereby disposed of with liberty granted to the petitioner to approach the concerned District Appellate Authority for redressal of the grievances raised in the present writ petition.

4. The writ petition stands disposed of with the above liberty to the petitioner.
