In the present writ application, following relief has been sought for on behalf of the petitioner.

(I) To quash letter no.15 dated 04.01.2016 issued by B.D.O.-cum-Secretary, Block Niyojan Samiti Madhawapur, Madhubani.

(II) To direct the respondent authority to reinstate the petitioner on the post of teacher in Middle School, Sahar, Madhubani.

(III) To provide the consequential benefits.

Patna High Court CWJC No.3440 of 2016(4) dt.17-07-2018 2/2 The petitioner is directed to file a statutory appeal for redressal of his grievance before the District Appellate Authority, Madhubani within a period of thirty days from the date of this order and the same shall be disposed of within the statutory period.

With the aforesaid observation and direction, the present writ application stands disposed of.
