ANJANA MISHRA ORAL ORDER 11-08-2017 Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and learned Additional Public Prosecutor for the State.

The petitioner is the cousin brother-in-law of the deceased lady who is apprehending his arrest in connection with a case registered for the offences punishable under Sections 304(B)/201 /504/34 of the Indian Penal Code.

Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that there is general and omnibus allegation against the petitioner and that the father-in-law and mother-in-law have been extended the privilege of anticipatory bail vide order dated 15.05.2017 passed in Cr. Misc. No. 16950 of 2017.

Considering the aforementioned facts and circumstances and also the remote nature of relationship of the present petitioner, let the petitioner abovenamed, in the event of his arrest / surrender

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.35661 of 2017 (2) dt.11-08-2017 P2/2 within a period of four weeks from the date of receipt/production of a copy of this order, be enlarged on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs. 10,000/- (ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned Chief Judicial Magistrate, Madhepura, in connection with Madhepura(Ghailardh) P.S. Case No. 99/2017, subject to the conditions as laid down under Section 438(2) of the Cr. P.C.
