2. The present writ petition has been filed for the following reliefs:- (i) For issuance of a writ in the nature of
2/4 mandamus commanding the Respondents authority to regularized the service of petitioners against the vacant sanctioned Post on the Post of MAITRI (Artificial Insemination Worker), (class IV post) as they have been rendering the service on the said Post regularly a very long time and completed more than 240 days as required for regularization of service.
(ii) For issuance of a writ/ direction/directions/ order to respondents to act in tandem with earlier orders passed by this Hon'ble Court in C.W.J.C No. 2059 of 1992 whereby direction was given to the competent authority to complete the process of recruitment within four months.
(iii) For issuance of writ/order / direction to dispose off the present writ application in terms of C.W.J.C No. 13059 of 2018 dated 25.02.2019.
(iv) For issuance of writ / order/ direction to dispose off the writ application in terms of C.W.J.C No. 6303 of 2020 dated
3/4 06.01.2022.
(v) For issuance of a writ direction/ order to the respondents to give pay for equal work to the petitioners like a permanent employees as per time.
(vi) To pass suchi order or orders as your lordships may deem fit proper in the facts and circumstance of the case.

Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioners were appointed as daily wage working as assistant of Doctor (Artificial Insemination Worker) Class IV post (as MAITRI) under the Bihar Health Department at different districts and working since long and they are demanding the relief in the light of order passed by this Hon'ble Court in CWJC No.2059 of 1992, CWJC No.6303 of 2020 and CWJC No.13059 of 2018.
4. Learned counsel for the State submits that the petitioners have not attached any document in the writ petition by virtue of which they can claim that their pleadings are correct.
5. In this view of the matter, this Court has no option but to reject the claim of the petitioners as there is no
4/4 document attached by the petitioners in this writ petition in support of their claim. Liberty is hereby granted that if adviced petitioners may sue fresh writ petition annexing all the documents in their support.
