The petitioner is in custody in a case registered for the offence punishable under Sections 341, 323, 504, 354, 307 and 379/34 of the Indian Penal Code.

Allegedly, it is a case of assault due to which the informant sustained injury.

Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that petitioner has falsely been implicated in this case. He further submits that there is case and counter case between the parties and both parties have sustained injury, as alleged, in separate occurrence. Petitioner is in judicial custody since 19.04.2022. Learned APP appearing for the State has opposed the prayer for regular bail.
