The petitioner is in custody in a case registered for the offence punishable under Sections 341, 323, 304(B) and 379/34 of the Indian Penal Code and chargesheet was submitted under Sections 341, 323, 304(B) and 379/34 of the Indian Penal Code and Sections 3/4 of the Dowry Prohibition Act. Allegedly, it is a case of dowry death due to nonfulfilment of dowry demand. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that petitioner has falsely been implicated in this case. He further submits that the petitioner is the mother-in-law of the deceased and the petitioner has no concern with the mess and business of the deceased as well as her husband, namely, Shailesh Kumar.

Learned APP appearing for the State has opposed the prayer for regular bail.

Having heard learned counsel for the parties and considering the facts and circumstances of the case, this Court is inclined to enlarge the petitioner on bail. The above named petitioner is directed to be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.10,000/- (ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned Additional Sessions Judge-V, Danapur in connection with Sessions Trial No. 64 of 2022 arising out of Bihta P.S.
