2. The present writ application has been filed by the petitioner for the following reliefs:

(i) To make payment of difference of arrear of salary w.e.f. 04.03.2014 to 30.09.2021 in the light of Gyapanka no.

0385 dated 29.05.2020 and Gyapank no. 0302 dated 15.06.2021 issued by R.D.D.E., Gaya with regards to

Patna High Court CWJC No.11714 of 2024(2) dt.06-08-2024 2/3 M.A.C.P.

(ii) To make payment of arrear of D.A.

(Dearness allowance) from January 2022 to March 2022.

(iii) To make payment of salary from 02.03.2021 to 10.03.2021 as a medical leave which has been approved by the competent authority as a leave.

(iv) To make payment of salary of one day (02.05.2021) which was approved as a casual leave (C.L.).

(v) To make payment of A.C.P. as well as MACP in view of Gyapank no. 840 Patna dated 04.08.2023 issued by Director(Administration) cum Additional Secretary, Government of Bihar, Patna.

(vi) To make payment of difference of arrear of salary from the date of joining i.e. 27.01.1990 to uptill the date of retirement i.e. 31.11.2022with pay scale of 2200-4000 in the light of letter no.

233(24)dated 24.01.2024.

(vii) To make payment with statutory with all dues interest because the petitioner has no fault and giving representation regularly.

(viii) Any other relief / relifs for which petitioner may be found entitled to the facts and circumstances of the present case.

3. The petitioner for redressal of his aforesaid grievances has filed several representations before the respondent authorities as mentioned in this writ application but without success.

4. In such view of the matter, I have no option but to direct the petitioner to file a fresh detailed representation before the Director, Secondary Education, Government of Bihar, Patna (respondent no.3) along with all supporting documents within a period of four weeks and the respondent no.3 is well advised to consider the case of the petitioner after affording opportunity of personal hearing or through his counsel and pass a reasoned and speaking order in accordance with law within six weeks thereafter.

5. It is made clear that respondent no.3 shall be solely liable for non-compliance of this order within the stipulated period.

6. With the aforesaid direction, this writ application stands disposed of.
