Petitioner is the husband of the deceased wife, is in jail custody since 11.08.2013. In the circumstances, his trial (S.T. No. 297 of 2014, arising out of Amour P.S. Case No. 129 of 2013, pending in the court of Additional Sessions Judge-III, Purnea) is required to be expedited for ensuring its early disposal.
