Let the defect(s), if any, be removed within a period of four weeks after complete start of the physical Court. The petitioner seeks bail in connection with Bhagwanpur P.S. Case No. 95 of 2021 registered under Section 414 of the Indian Penal Code read with Sections 25(1-b)a/26 of the Arms Act.

Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner is in custody since 16.05.2021, charge-sheet has been submitted and has antecedent of two cases and allegation is of recovery of three fire-arms from the petitioner, who disclosed that he had purchased the fire-arms from the local manufacturer for selling at a higher price.

No.57204 of 2021(2) dt.02-03-2022 2/2 Learned counsel submits that the petitioner has been falsely implicated in the present case, even presuming what is alleged in the F.I.R. is true without admitting then the allegation is that the petitioner had purchased the fire-arms only for earning some profit and not to use for committing any offence. Learned APP opposes the bail application.

Considering the fact that the petitioner is in custody, charge-sheet has been submitted, the petitioner, named above, is directed to be released on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs.20,000/- (Rupees twenty thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of Chief Judicial Magistrate, Begusarai in connection with Bhagwanpur P.S. Case No. 95 of 2021 with the condition that one of the bailors would be the wife of the petitioner Rita Devi.
