JUSTICE ADITYA KUMAR TRIVEDI ORAL ORDER 19-09-2018 Heard learned counsel for the petitioner as well as learned APP along with learned counsel for the informant. It happens to be a case of dowry death. Sriman Yadav @ Sriman Singh is the husband and further there happens to be an allegation of demand of dowry at the end of Sasuralwala of deceased. It has also been incorporated that when informant visited place of deceased on the fateful day, he was misbehaved by his brother, Hariman and sister, Rinku Kumari. There happens to be no presence of these petitioners during the intervening event nor there happens to be discloser with regard to relationship. Learned counsel for the informant submitted that petitioners are close agnates and are residing in the same house so
Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.53582 of 2018 (3) dt.19-09-2018 their active participation could not be ruled out. Considering the material available on the record, petitioners, namely, 1. Manish Kumar Singh @ Manish Kumar Yadav, 2. Vijay Singh and 3. Nanak Singh @ Nanak Yadav @ Nanhak Singh, in the event of their arrest or surrender within four weeks, are directed to be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- each with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of Sub Judge-VII-cum-ACJM, Rohtas at Sasaram in connection with Sheosagar (Baddi) PS Case No. 159/2018 in terms of condition as laid down under Section 438(2) of the CrPC.
